Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents Online Art Therapy Group

Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents Online Art Therapy Group

A Specialized 6 Week Therapeutic and Creative Program

This online art therapy group is designed specifically for adult children of narcissistic parents, offering a safe, supportive, and structured space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your sense of self, and begin meaningful healing. This group integrates trauma‑informed therapy, creative expression, and psychoeducation to help you understand the impact of narcissistic family systems and develop tools for recovery.

Please note you do not have to have artistic skill to participate in this group. The art created in art therapy is simply for self expression and not for outcome. We can say if you do not like creating art, this group is not for you.

This group is facilitated by a registered psychotherapist and art therapist specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery, emotional neglect, and adult children of emotionally immature parents. Read more about the therapist.
