woman nature trauma therapy

I support clients in navigating challenging inner experiences shaped by trauma, PTSD, patterns of narcissistic abuse, negative life events and deep-rooted family dynamics. Many who come to me want to reconnect with their true selves, find peace, rebuild trust, process negative experiences and break free from toxic cycles that keep them stuck. My clients initially seek support to process growing up in a dysfunctional family, having narcissistic relationships or parents, childhood abuse, anxiety, depression, stress or grief. Through thoughtful and honest exploration, I help guide individuals towards these goals at their own pace.

I provide a safe, compassionate space for you to share your story and explore your needs, process the past and identify what you wish to carry forward. Don’t worry, I will be with you every step of the way. My approach is collaborative, deep, straightforward, tailored to you and your pace. Top of mind is personal growth and mental health goals in our work.
